Internship Technical Assistant
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, preferably in Epidemiology
- Fresh graduate or experienced in surveillance and response maximum 2 years
- Male/female, with maximum 25 years old
- Willing to work in Jakarta
- Skills:
- Knowledge of epidemiology
- Knowledge of risk assessment, epidemic and pandemic preparedness, readiness and response
- Knowledge in program management
- Proven ability to listen, conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas, and transfer knowledge
- Ability to write reports and technical documents in English and Indonesian
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Monitor disease situation and threats in the ASEAN region, collect and analyze descriptive and analytical data related to the provision of ABVC reports and disseminate information through available media regularly
- Collaborate with ABVC team in providing data and producing reports (Situation Report, Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report, Disease Alert report, Risk Assessment, Focus report, etc)
- Assist in extracting data from reports produced by ABVC for database creation
- Assist in managing databases, spreadsheets and other data tools, ensuring accuracy and consistency, and consolidating operational information on a regular schedule to support ABVC analysis
- Participate in discussions or coordination meetings organized by ABVC and ABVC partners, as requested by the team leader
- Assist with graphic design for ABVC purposes
- Assist in preparations related to the development of information systems that can improve the effectiveness of reporting and data analysis at ABVC
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the team leader

- January-March 2024
